Meet from the comfort of your own space with secure, convenient online sessions that allow for flexibility without sacrificing depth.

Walk-and-Talk Sessions (Emporia, KS)
For those who feel more at ease in movement or nature, these sessions offer a relaxed, grounded way to process and reflect while walking outdoors (weather permitting).

A space for women who are ready to lead their lives with clarity, confidence, and intention.

This monthly group blends reflection, guided exercises, and meaningful conversation to support you in:

making aligned decisions

building self-trust

and showing up more fully in your life and leadership

a Pre-Marital Connection Experience

A guided session for couples who want to go deeper before saying “I do.”

Through intentional conversation and creative exploration, you’ll:

clarify shared values

explore communication patterns

strengthen emotional connection

and create a deeper understanding of the life you’re building together.

This is not traditional pre-marital counseling,
it’s an experience designed to help you connect, reflect, and step into your next chapter with intention.

Healthy Living Built with Intention

A supportive space for women who are ready to create real, lasting change in how they care for themselves: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This group is designed for those who want to:

build consistent habits around movement, nutrition, and daily structure;

navigate the mental and emotional challenges of change;

and stay grounded in their goals even when others around them aren’t on the same path.

This isn’t about perfection or rigid routines.

It’s about learning how to stay aligned with yourself, consistently.

Try something new

Art making and reflection stimulate the process of re-framing a situation, identifying areas that need improvement, and prioritizing future goals.

Art Therapy can be used with all topics covered in traditional talk-therapy


I believe that adding creative expression into our lives helps reduce stress, promotes healing, and provides the opportunity to know ourselves in a more intimate way.

Transformation begins by using creativity to break through the limiting story you tell yourself, so you can develop a new story & live your truth. Art awakens the emotional parts of the brain connecting with the nervous system to promote healing. By following your curiosity & being open to new experiences you can find new meaning and create positive changes in your life.
